Andrew Horn
Palmor Capital is led by Andrew Horn, who was most recently an investment manager at Cohen Private Ventures, the family office and private investment platform of Steven A. Cohen, chairman of Point72. During his time there, Andrew developed its real estate private equity platform, evaluating and overseeing investments across California, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. He led student housing investments across 2,000 beds and day-to-day operations of 900 beds.
Prior to CPV, Andrew was a vice president at Cain International, where he was a member of the investment team responsible for deploying more than $300m of equity across various asset classes including 700 residential units, 300 hotel keys, and 1m SF of office.
Andrew began his career at Hanover Street Capital, a dedicated asset management platform for Deutsche Bank.
